These hats float for one to two waves after it falls of in the ocean while surfing or giving a surf lesson…. People always ask how I don’t lose it… I have lost a couple but you have about 30 seconds to find it and it’s not far from you…. Chin strap for a surf hat on the OTTO?

The packing was the worst thing I've ever seen. The hat was flattened at the bottom of all the packing in the box and is wrinkled and flat. See the attached photos. I'd like a new one, shipped correctly or my money back ASAP. This was unbelieveably bad.

Two of these hats have spots and creases on them. I've tried several times to contact you by email and phone, but no luck (email address seems to be invalid, phone line is busy).
Never received any update its been almost 2 months now since order Have called and emailed customer service multiple times with 0 answer Their Phone number is disabled
